The Problem
Acumen was engaged by a national standards institute in the UK as an Organization Development Specialist to support in the development of a blueprint for the formulation of a Policy & Strategy Unit (P&SU) for an Egyptian ministry, towards Egypt's Sustainable Development Strategy - Vision 2030.
The Approach
In partnership with the International Organization Development Specialist Acumen supported in diagnosing the current landscape, detailing a target design for the P&SU, facilitated workshops for the development of strategic objectives, core values, mandates, activities, role profiles, competencies and standard operating procedures.
