In 2016, the Egyptian government launched Vision 2030, a national agenda encompassing the state's long-term strategy to achieve sustainable development objectives in all industries. Since Acumen's founding, the company has worked with government agencies and quasi-governmental entities on numerous strategy and capacity development engagements to realize each entity's social and economic goals according to the state's national agenda. Past meetings include working with the Chamber of Chemical Industries to support the Trade and Domestic Market Enhancement Program to develop the sector strategy for Egypt's chemical industry. Other assignments included conducting the sectoral progress review of the Economic Pillar implementation for Egypt's Vision 2030 Sustainable Development Strategy and providing training to the Export Development Authority's market intelligence unit on improving their market research reports and capabilities.
